I’ll go through your entire file system to root out lingering damage, removing infected items or code, and replacing software with updated versions where needed. I use multiple methods to test and verify that your site is now clean.
Step 3: Protect & Improve
Once your site is no longer in danger, I’ll set up security protocols and backups to protect your site in the future. We’ll also discuss ways in which your site can be improved for better performance in the future.

What kind of problems is this for?
This service is generally for a major outage: Site down, hacked, virus/malware attack, etc.
Will this cover the entire fix?
In most cases, I am able to completely fix the site with this purchase. Rarely, the site has extensive damage or needs to be completely replaced. If I feel the damage is greater than I will be able to fix quickly, I will let you know as soon as possible and develop a plan for you to restore your site to full functionality. Additionally, some sites may need to be moved as part of their solution, and site moves are performed at additional cost.
How fast can you get to my site?
I will contact you ASAP for your login information. The actual fix will be done within 24 hours of receiving your login information or you will receive a refund. I do try to address viral issues as soon as possible to avoid further damages to your business, so please have your login information ready.
What if there are other things wrong with my site that I don't know about?
I always a very thorough check of the website after I am finished to pinpoint any other potential trouble spots. I will let you know if there is further action you should be taking. I don’t want anyone to end up in the exact same situation immediately after their site is fixed!
Have you ever been unable to fix a site?
